I bought CodeThenShip but did not receive my invite.
Your Skool invite is sent to the email address used at checkout after Stripe confirms payment. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders first. If it is not there, contact support with your checkout email and Stripe receipt.
Which email should I use when contacting support?
Use the same email address you entered during checkout whenever possible. It helps us match your purchase quickly and avoid delays.
I used the wrong email at checkout. What should I do?
Email support with the checkout email, the correct email, and your Stripe receipt if you have it. We can resend the invite after verifying the purchase.
Where do I find my receipt or invoice?
Stripe or Link emails your payment receipt after purchase. If you need help locating it, send us the checkout email and approximate purchase time.
Can I request a refund?
Founders Edition includes a 7-day refund window. If CodeThenShip is not a fit, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Refunds may be refused for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
How quickly do you reply?
Most post-purchase issues are handled within one business day. Include your checkout email and a short description of the issue so we can resolve it faster.
Why does checkout mention Stripe, Link, or tax?
Payments are processed by Stripe and may show Link or Stripe-managed checkout details. Taxes can be calculated based on your location and the payment flow available at checkout.
