We want you to actually use the course before you decide. Here’s how the 7-day money-back guarantee works and how to ask for a refund.

7-day money-back guarantee

Try the course properly for 7 days. Complete the onboarding, watch the first modules, submit your project plan, and ask for help at least once. If you still feel it isn’t right, email us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you.

We ask you to actually go through the early steps because that’s where the course proves itself. If you’ve done that and it’s not for you, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email us within 7 days of purchase from the address you used at checkout, and include your Stripe receipt if you have it. A short note on what didn’t work helps us improve, but isn’t required.

What’s not covered

Refunds may be refused where there is abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms. After the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. The funds typically land within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. On your statement the seller may appear as Onelink, Stripe’s payment partner that handles billing for us.
