7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within this 7-day period. We may ask for feedback on why you're requesting a refund to help us improve our courses, but providing feedback is not required to receive your refund.
Please note that accessing a significant portion of the course content or completing certain milestones within the 7-day period may void your eligibility for a refund, at our discretion. We consider "significant portion" to generally mean completing more than 20% of the course modules or video content.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@CodeThenShip.com with your purchase details (order number, email address used for purchase) and the reason for your request (optional). Please use the subject line "Refund Request".
Refund requests must be received within the 7-day window from the date of purchase.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available after the 7-day period has expired.
- Bundled offers or courses purchased through third-party platforms may be subject to different refund policies as specified at the time of purchase.
- Team or enterprise licenses have specific refund terms outlined in their respective agreements.
- Services such as 1:1 mentorship sessions that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
